This recipe is so easy and pleases a crowd. Bring some zing to your fiesta and enjoy this flavorful dessert!
Crust:
1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups of flour
Dash of salt
Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup flour
2 cups of sugar
15 drops of Lime Vitality
Garnish:
Fleur de Sel
Zest of one lime
1. Combine all of the crust ingredients and mix well
2. Press into a 9x13 inch pan
3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
4. For the filling, combine the flour and sugar. Mix in beaten eggs and Lime Vitality.
5. Pour into the cooled crust.
6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
7. Let cool and lightly sprinkle with the Fleur de Sel and lime zest.
